• Maintain only one (1) Account per person. Multiple accounts are strictly prohibited.
• Not allow any other person to access or use your Account credentials.
• Notify kno99 immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account.

You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your Account. kno99 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized use of your Account credentials.

3.3 Account Verification (KYC)

To comply with legal requirements and prevent fraud, kno99 requires all Users to complete identity verification. You may be asked to submit:

• A clear copy of your Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP)
• Proof of residential address (utility bill, bank statement, or government document dated within the last 3 months)
• A selfie photograph holding your KTP for facial verification
• Proof of payment method ownership (bank account statement or e-wallet screenshot)

kno99 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time. Accounts that do not complete KYC verification within 30 days of registration may be restricted from withdrawals or suspended. All KYC documents are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

4. Deposits and Payment Methods

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

kno99 supports deposits via the following Indonesian payment methods:

4.2 Deposit Terms

• You may only deposit funds from payment accounts registered in your own legal name.
• Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will result in funds being returned and Account suspension.
• kno99 does not charge deposit processing fees, but your bank or payment provider may impose their own charges.
• You are responsible for ensuring sufficient funds are available in your payment account to complete deposits.
• Deposits cannot be reversed once processed. Any deposit disputes must be resolved with your payment provider.

5. Withdrawals and Payouts

5.1 Withdrawal Process

You may request withdrawals of funds from your Account Balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Your Account must be fully verified through KYC procedures.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000.
• Withdrawals must be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in your own legal name matching your Account details.

5.2 Withdrawal Timeframes

6. Bonuses and Promotions

kno99 reserves the right to void bonuses, cancel promotions, or confiscate winnings if bonus terms are violated or if bonus abuse is detected. Specific terms for each promotion will be clearly stated at the time of offer. By participating in any promotion, you agree to be bound by its specific terms and these general Terms.

7. Betting Rules and Game Play

7.1 General Betting Rules

• All bets are final once confirmed. You cannot cancel or modify a bet after placement unless the event is cancelled or postponed.
• kno99 reserves the right to refuse any bet or limit bet amounts at its sole discretion.
• Maximum payout limits apply to all bets and vary by game type and Account status.

• You must have sufficient funds in your Account Balance to place a bet. Credit betting is not permitted.

7.2 Sports Betting

• All bets are settled based on official results as determined by the governing sports body.
• If an event is postponed or abandoned, bets may be voided or carried forward depending on the specific sport rules.

7.3 Lottery and Togel Games

• Results are determined by official draw outcomes from the international lottery operators.
• Winnings are calculated based on the bet type selected (4D, 3D, 2D, Colok Bebas, Colok Jitu, Shio, etc.).
• kno99 is not responsible for delays or cancellations of draws by third-party lottery operators.

8. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate Account closure, forfeiture of funds, and legal action:

• Creating multiple Accounts or colluding with other Users to gain unfair advantage.
• Using the Service for money laundering, fraud, or any illegal purpose.
• Using automated betting systems, bots, or software to place bets.
• Exploiting technical errors, bugs, or system vulnerabilities.
• Attempting to manipulate game outcomes or betting markets.
• Depositing funds from stolen payment methods or engaging in chargeback fraud.
• Providing false information during registration or KYC verification.
• Sharing Account credentials or allowing third parties to use your Account.

• Third-party payment provider delays, failures, or fees.
• Actions or inactions of third-party game providers, sports leagues, or lottery operators.

In no event shall kno99's total liability to you exceed the amount of funds deposited into your Account during the six (6) months preceding the claim.

13. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Indonesia. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved through the following process:

1. Internal Resolution: You must first attempt to resolve any dispute by contacting kno99 customer support. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve complaints within 14 business days.
2. Negotiation: If internal resolution fails, both parties agree to negotiate in good faith for an additional 30 days.
3. Arbitration: If negotiation fails, the dispute shall be submitted to binding arbitration under Indonesian arbitration rules.

You agree to waive your right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration against kno99.

14. Account Closure and Termination

14.1 Termination by User

You may close your Account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure:

• All pending bets will be settled according to their terms.
• Any remaining Account Balance (excluding unreleased bonus funds) will be refunded to your registered payment method.
• You must complete any outstanding KYC verification before withdrawal is processed.
• Closed Accounts cannot be reopened. Creating a new Account after closure may result in permanent ban.

14.2 Termination by kno99

kno99 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your Account immediately and without prior notice if:

• You violate any provision of these Terms.
• We suspect fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity on your Account.
• You fail to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Your Account shows signs of problem gambling and you do not respond to our outreach.
• We are required to do so by law or regulatory authority.

Upon termination by kno99, we may withhold funds pending investigation. If termination is due to breach of Terms involving fraud or abuse, kno99 reserves the right to forfeit your Account Balance.

15. Amendments to Terms

Material changes may be communicated via email or Account notification. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
